Cooley LLP's Business Litigation practice group is recruiting 2L law students (JD 2028) to join the Los Angeles office.

This is an excellent opportunity for law school students to start their legal career in a dynamic office of a nationally prominent Litigation practice. Key responsibilities include conducting legal research and drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs; reviewing and analyzing case files, evidence, and legal citations; maintaining organized case files; and collaborating with team members to develop litigation strategies. Qualified candidates should have strong academic credentials and communication skills.

This is a summer associate position, and the expected salary is based on an annualized rate of $235,000, with semi-monthly base pay of $9,791.67, subject to payroll withholdings and deductions.
