Wilson Sonsini's clients are building what's next in technology, life sciences, and beyond. Our practices span the full arc of a company's lifecycle, and as a Fall Associate, you will work on matters that shape how these companies grow, from their first financing through the deals, disputes, and decisions that follow.

You'll be in the room early. Our associates draft, research, and problem-solve alongside partners, learning by doing rather than watching from the sidelines. It's real work on real matters, with the mentorship to help you grow.

We are looking for 3L students (JD 2027) with strong academics, a collaborative approach, the curiosity to ask good questions, the drive to dig into new problems, the initiative to take on more than what's asked, and the judgment to know when to seek help.
