Brownstein is seeking summer associates for our 2027 summer program. Our program provides summer associates with a real experience of what it's like to practice law at Brownstein. We combine meaningful work, comprehensive training and a variety of social events to enable our summer associates to get to know the firm and gain a true sense of associate life.The firm's core values of All In, Excellence, Respect, and Giving Back are highly emphasized throughout the summer. Each of our summer associates will have the opportunity to work alongside attorneys and receive formal and informal mentoring, as well as receive formal and informal feedback. Along with working on high-end, sophisticated matters, the firm also ensures our summer associates give back to the communities in which we work and live. Summer associates will have the opportunity to participate in firm “karma projects” and engage in meaningful pro bono work over the summer.
Brownstein is seeking second year law students with an interest in corporate law to join our summer program in the Denver office. Brownstein's corporate summer associates will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects from our corporate department.
Our corporate team's sophisticated knowledge within key verticals including consumer products, health care, gaming and hospitality enables us to cultivate a deeper understanding of our clients' organizations. This knowledge, along with our exceptional legal know-how, helps us get deals done. We work on cross-category deals both big and small—which is why everyone from owners and entrepreneurs to private equity funds to public and private corporations turn to us for guidance on their most pressing business issues.

Compensation: The expected weekly salary range for someone hired into this position is $4,038 in our Denver office.
