Winthrop's Summer Associate Program is designed to offer an exceptional experience that reflects law firm life as a lawyer. Summer associates will gain valuable law firm experience with numerous opportunities to experience a robust legal environment tailored to your interests.
While the 2027 summer salary has not yet been finalized, the most recent summer associate pay rate was $3,460 per week.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates will be currently enrolled in law school and in pursuit of a JD degree. Highly motivated students with excellent academic records, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to community preferred.
