Lathrop GPM LLP is seeking to hire 2L law students to participate in our 2027 Summer Associate Program in our Denver office. We are looking for candidates with a strong interest in Oil & Gas law who demonstrate excellence in their background and who would bring unique life experiences and perspectives to the firm. The ideal candidate will have a desire to remain in Denver long term and show enthusiasm for developing an Oil & Gas law practice after graduation.Our salaried 10-week clerkship program offers hands-on experience with client projects and observational opportunities. While work assignments may come from any of our practice groups, most will focus on Oil & Gas matters. Candidates must be enrolled and in good standing as a first-year law student at an ABA-accredited law school. They also need a strong academic record, a superior work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team setting.
