Dechert's summer associate program will provide you with firsthand experience of practicing meaningful, high-stakes law at one of the world's premier global firms. You will explore the practice areas that interest you most, rather than rotate through predetermined groups. The comprehensive program provides direct access to Dechert's diverse, innovative culture – and the opportunity to find your own path forward. Over the 10-week program, you will have the opportunity to participate in social gatherings and summer events, allowing you to interact with your colleagues informally. Our ultimate goal is for you to experience what it's like to be a part of our vibrant, warm, and supportive community.

Finance & Real Estate – FRE
Our work includes asset finance and securitization, commercial mortgage-backed securities, commercial real estate finance residential mortgage finance and structured credit and collateralized loan obligations.
