Lowenstein Sandler welcomes 2L law students to apply for its Summer Program with its ECVC (Emerging Companies & Venture Capital) Group in Palo Alto, CA in the following practice areas:
- Students with general corporate backgrounds interested in transactional work should apply to this application to work with our ECVC Group, representing both companies and investors in venture capital financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and all aspects of start-up company representation.
- NOTE: Students with technical backgrounds interested in transactional work (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Math or the like, or those who are registered Patent Agents or have work experience as a software developer or electrical engineer) should submit their application to the posting for our IP/Patent Group.
