Third-year law students and 2024 law school graduates: We're hiring! GMSR is now accepting applications to serve as an Appellate Fellow in our Los Angeles office. The position is for a two-year term, starting in the fall of 2026. This is a rare opportunity for recent graduates to actively work on appeals early in their careers, and a potential stepping stone to a judicial clerkship or another fulfilling position in appellate law. Under the close supervision and mentorship of GMSR's attorneys, appellate fellows will perform legal research, draft legal arguments, assist attorneys in preparing for oral argument, co-author articles, and cite-check legal briefs.
