​Stinson and U.S. Bank are pleased to offer a TCDIP Clerkship position for a current 1L law student. Based in Minneapolis, MN, the Clerk will be an employee of Stinson and split the 10-week summer program between the firm and U.S. Bank's legal department, with seven weeks at Stinson and three weeks at U.S. Bank. The successful candidate will be offered meaningful opportunities to work on legal-related assignments and to learn about Stinson, U.S. Bank, and the Minneapolis legal community as a whole.

Stinson's Summer Associate salary is $3,653 per week. Summer Associates are not eligible for benefits as this is a temporary position. Stinson hires 1L Summer Associates with the hope that after the successful completion of their 1L summer, they will re-join us for their following 2L summer.

Qualifications:
  • 1L student attending an ABA-accredited school
