The Massachusetts Attorney General's Office Is Looking for Highly Motivated Non-Legal Interns for Our 2026 Fall Internship Program. These Internships Are an Excellent Opportunity to Work Closely with Our Teams on A Wide Range of Public Interest Issues.

As a Fall Non-Legal Intern, You Will Spend Your Fall Making a Difference. Our Part-Time Fall Program Provides Students with A Structured and Enriching Experience, Including Networking Opportunities, and Meaningful Work that Supports the Ago's Mission.

Position Requirements:
  • Must Be a Student Currently Enrolled in College. if You Have Completed College and Are Not Enrolled in A Masters Program You Are Not Eligible for This Program.
  • Must Be Able to Work a Minimum of 12 Hours per Week.
  • The Successful Candidate Will Be Able to Demonstrate a Connection to The People and Communities We Serve and An Interest in Supporting a Respectful, Diverse, Equitable, and Inclusive Work Environment.

Position Type: Part-Time/non-Exempt. Must Be Able to Be in Office 1 Day a Week with One Remote Day.

Our Current Hybrid Model Includes 1 Remote Workday for Most Positions. on In-Office Days, Employees Are Required to Report to One of Our Designated Office Locations, Either in Boston or At a Regional Office.

Salary: Fall Internships Are Unpaid
