Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Work on interesting and challenging assignments that will help grow your skill set.
Research and draft legal memoranda and other documents; compile, summarize and analyze factual material
Propounding and responding to discovery
Demonstrate creativity and learn to efficiently use relevant software tools, analytical methods and computer models to develop solutions
Gain experience developing and maintaining electronic databases, spreadsheets and other files as dictated by project needs
Participate in a positive team environment and work hard to meet client deadlines and quality expectations
Build client relationships and establish confidence in our firm with every conversation

Qualifications:

Third-year law student who plans to take the July California Bar exam
Strong passion for litigation and advocacy
Organizational fit: We are freedom-loving patriots
High level of maturity, good judgment, intellectual curiosity and willingness to assume responsibility
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment
Must be able to type 40-words per minute
Must be an excellent communicator
Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite
We favor candidates with well-rounded life experience
