Our investment management attorneys advise both registered and private funds, as well as institutional investors, on fund formation, governance, regulatory compliance, and disputes, serving as fund and independent counsel. We deliver comprehensive legal services to a diverse client base—including billion-dollar fund families, startups, pension funds, and endowments—with expertise spanning alternative investments, risk management, and tax.
