Description:

P&G is the largest consumer packaged goods company in the world. We have operations in over 75 countries, with 65 trusted brands that improve lives for 5 billion consumers worldwide. This brings many advantages, including the opportunity for our employees to enjoy a diverse and rewarding lifelong career filled with new and exciting challenges.

We believe great ideas emerge from the creative connections that happen between our talented employees, and we encourage diverse, multi-functional teams to work together to generate new ideas to address challenges we face. P&G has positions available at various technical centers and plants (including Cincinnati) across the United States.

Job Description:
Our summer work experience program is designed to host one pre-law school participant (in collaboration with the local Summer Work Experience in Law program), one first-year law school participant (in collaboration with the Procter & Gamble/Dinsmore & Shohl LLP LCLD 1L Diversity Scholar Program), and one first-year law school participant (in collaboration with the Indiana University/P&G Diversity Law Scholars Program). The program is both instructive and challenging and offers the opportunity for the selected participants to work directly with P&G attorneys on real-life legal issues and experiences. We do this by having one attorney take responsibility for coordinating each participant's work. Each coordinator arranges for the participant to work on projects from a variety of practice groups, as well as to be involved in a number of different types of hands-on experiences -- such as meetings with clients, attending depositions or trials, etc. And because our internship program is very small, we are able to ensure that each participant receives a number of opportunities to make for an interesting experience.

The position requires strong cross-team collaboration and coordination with business clients, multifunctional partners, and legal colleagues. The position is located in P&G’s corporate headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio.
