Duane Morris LLP's 2026 summer program will be a ten week in-person program in the Firm's San Francisco office, beginning on Thursday, May 28 and ending on Wednesday, August 5, 2026. The portion of the clerkship with Meta is anticipated to take place remotely for two weeks during that timeframe. The summer program at Duane Morris balances interesting, real work assignments with robust training opportunities, mentorship, and social and networking activities designed to foster connections that will last throughout your career.

The Meta 1L Summer Experience Program is designed to provide law students with insight into the issues and tasks handled by in-house counsel, while fostering a sense of community and connection among the participants and Meta hosts. The two weeks spent with Meta will include a 1-day on-site orientation at Meta's headquarters in Menlo Park, followed by a remote program of shadowing in-house counsel, networking events, and seminars (virtual attendance), all designed to provide insight into the issues and tasks that in-house counsel handle.

The selected student will be compensated at our market 1L rate (currently anticipated to be $3,654/week, less taxes and withholding).

Eligibility:
All first-year law students with an interest in technology and working in the Bay Area area are welcome and encouraged to apply.
