The firm was established in 2012 by David L. Taylor, who has practiced law for more than 30 years and has maintained an AV-preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest level of professional excellence as rated by peers in the field, for more than 15 years. Shareholder Misti Presnell DeVore joined in 2015, bringing 20 years of insurance coverage and defense litigation experience, and a particularized experience with transportation litigation and coverage issues. Shareholder Jerry Padgett joined the firm in 2016 with years of litigation and coverage experience. Associate attorneys Audrey Smith, RJ Proie, David Jacuk, Molly Weiss, and Sarah Love add experience and depth to the litigation team.
