On the one hand, the Firm has successfully litigated large class-actions against some of the wealthiest corporations in the United States. On the other hand, the Firm has also represented the interests of everyday people in smaller, individual actions. The Firm fully dedicates its lawyers’ time, attention and expansive resources to every action it litigates, regardless of the size of the matter. The Firm only gets paid if we win or settle your case. The fees charged by the Firm are paid by defendants we litigate against, not our clients. The Firm fronts all the costs of the litigation and this too is not charged to our clients.
