If you already have an attorney, but have lost confidence in your law firm, McGee, Lerer & Associates will review your file at no charge and make recommendations. All cases are handled on a contingency fee basis, which means that you pay no fee until and unless you win. There are no up-front costs; all costs are advanced by McGee, Lerer & Associates.
