My full name is Rhiannon Kelso, but most people who know me call me Kelso. I am a Texas attorney and have run my own practice, Kelso Law, PLLC, since 2017. Some attorneys only handle paperwork, and these attorneys are known as “transactional” attorneys. I am a litigator. This means I handle both the paperwork aspect of legal issues and I represent my clients in court. I was twice awarded the “CALI Excellence for the Future Award” for receiving the highest mark given in Pitt Law’s Constitutional Criminal Procedure and Trial Advocacy courses. I am admitted to practice law in the state of Texas and in United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. Efficient, Effective And Honest Advocacy I started my own firm so that I could truly focus on the most crucial aspect of any law practice: relationships. After passing the Texas Bar Exam in 2012, I worked in personal injury/wrongful death and tried dozens of cases. Because I take personal injury cases on a contingency fee, I do not charge for consultations for injury cases. Today I practice personal injury and work in immigration law. My aim is to assist with immigration benefits, including visas, green cards and citizenship. As a trial lawyer I also defend immigration benefits when they are in jeopardy. This includes removal proceedings before the immigration court. Above all, I provide honest representation and attainable goals.
