Strategic Advising/ Corporate Investigations The firm acts as trusted counsel to its United States and Canadian clients as a strategic business advisor. In this capacity, the firm’s lawyers work closely and confidentially with its clients, which include entrepreneurs from dozens of industries, partnerships, corporations and board members.
