Fisher Law LLC (conveniently located in the center of Norwood, Massachusetts) is a full service estate planning and elder law firm. Our firm is a boutique law firm in that our attorneys do nothing but estate planning and elder law. Our principal, Linda K. Fisher, has been admitted to practice law in Massachusetts since 1996 and has been trained at national and regional law firms working on very sophisticated and complex legal transactions in the areas of corporate finance, securities and corporate law. However, it has been her goal since entering law school more than 20 years ago to serve and make a positive contribution to her community. That has translated into forming Fisher Law LLC to serve individuals and families struggling with long-term care and estate planning decisions and to assist these clients in achieving peace of mind and simplicity, structure, and order for the loved ones tasked with their estate and trust administration. The Firm and its staff provides personalized and individually-tailored services that range from the simple to the complex. We create and administer will-based and trust-based plans that achieve our clients specific goals and objectives, such as estate tax planning, avoidance of probate, the distribution of assets at a loved one’s death, appointment of health care and financial agents during one’s life time and periods of incapacitation, Medicaid pre-planning, Medicaid crisis planning, MassHealth applications, special needs and disability planning, veterans benefits and Aid & Attendance qualification, charitable planning, business succession planning and asset protection. The Firm serves clients throughout the Norwood and Greater Boston area. Where appropriate, we also make home visits for housebound clients.
