Feinberg, Dumont & Brennan is a partnership of Feinberg & Brennan, P.C. (founded in 1983) and Dumont, Morris & Burke, P.C. (founded in 1988) that represents a broad spectrum of labor unions, their members and their affiliated pension and welfare benefit plans, including Teamster, Construction, IATSE, AFM, Longshoremen, Police, Firefighters, and Correction Officers. Our lawyers have the unique expertise to guide our clients through multi-layered issues and the ingenuity to bring new concepts and approaches to our clients’ issues and goals. In recent years, we have partnered with our clients to create a national health and welfare plan with its own pharmacy benefit manager providing substantial savings and improved benefits for Teamsters and to implement a unique program in the New England Teamsters Pension Fund to allow employers to participate in the Fund without incurring withdrawal liability. Along with creative thinking, we are highly experienced concerning rules governing organizing and elections, protecting and asserting rights under federal and state labor laws, union governance issues, drafting and interpreting union constitutions and bylaws, and representing clients undergoing Department of Labor audits and investigations. At Feinberg, Dumont & Brennan, our goal is to mentor our associates so they too will be able to provide high-quality legal representation as well as to develop the insights and confidence to become highly respected labor attorneys and effective and trusted client partners. The law firm is a long-time supporter of Autism Speaks sponsored by Teamsters Local Union 25. We also support the environmental and advocacy work of Mass Audubon’s Boston Nature Center in Boston’s neighborhoods as well as other charities supported by our clients.
