Failure Is Not An Option Born in Fresno, California, and raised in both Fresno, California, and Lagos, Nigeria, Mr. Ajayi was encouraged by his parents to hold himself to high standards, pursue his goals with determination and passion, and to always strive for excellence in all of his endeavors. Mr. Ajayi attended California State University, Fullerton for his undergraduate studies where he earned his bachelor’s degree in musical theater. After graduating, Mr. Ajayi was hired as a file clerk in a workers’ compensation defense firm. He then worked his way up the ranks; obtained his paralegal certification from Fullerton City College; became a hearing representative with the firm; and obtained his Official Medical Fee Schedule bill review certification from WorkComp Central. After ten (10) years of litigating liens, litigating case-in-chief issues, and drafting various original pleadings before the WCAB district offices, Mr. Ajayi matriculated to Trinity Law School in Santa Ana, California and continued working full-time as a hearing representative while carrying a full course load at school. Prior to graduating in the top of his class at Trinity Law School, Mr. Ajayi amassed several academic achievement awards including American Jurisprudence Awards for academic excellence in Legal Research & Writing, Criminal Procedure, Federal and California Rules of Evidence, Civil Procedure, Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, and International Human Rights Law. Mr. Ajayi also won the Golden Quill Award for outstanding appellate brief and was the only student from the United States of America in the summer of 2017 to successfully earn the certificate of achievement at the Rene Cassin Center for International Human Rights program in Strasbourg, France in the subject of Bioethics and International Human Rights.
