About the Job:This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney at Brannen & Loftus, PLLC. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling a wide variety of cases, including personal injury and professional liability matters, family/domestic law, and general civil litigation in business disputes and other civil law matters. The Associate Attorney will provide legal advice, conduct research, negotiate, and assist with all aspects of case preparation and litigation.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of law and experience in civil litigation
- Specialization in Labor and Employment Law is a plus
- Ability to provide high-quality legal advice and analysis
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensure to practice law in Vermont and New Hampshire is preferred
