About the Job:We are a very busy probate and estate planning firm with 2 locations in Southern Nevada. Our family-oriented firm has been in business since 2002 and we have served thousands of families. We are looking for a long-term candidate to join our team. We are open to young attorneys with little to no experience, or seasoned attorneys ready for a change from litigation burnout. Our mission is to provide quality, cost-effective estate planning, probate and trust administration services for families in Southern Nevada. Estate planning and probate is all we do.
We are seeking a new Associate Attorney to join our team, from mid to entry level. Your role will be to join the Estate Planning or Probate Team, lead supporting staff members through the process of providing estate planning services to the community, as well as providing support to partners in probate and trust administration.
As a member of the Estate Planning or Probate department, you will work with the partners and support staff and report to our managing partner.
What you will do:
- Client consultations
- Draft legal documents and pleadings
- Work with and supervise support staff
- Customer service for clients
- Provide legal advice
- Case management for probate and trust administration
What you will bring:
Our ideal candidate will have the following credentials/skills:
- Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA-approved law school (pending or graduated)
- Strong drafting and attention to detail
- Legal document preparation
- Typing
- Customer service
- Great attitude and work ethic
- Team player mentality
