Workers' Compensation Defense AttorneyA well-established, over 25 year old, and still growing workers' compensation defense firm has an opportunity for a DEFENSE ATTORNEY in their Brea, CA office.
Some experience preferred, however, attorneys with no workers' compensation experience are welcomed. We want to hear from you! We have a great training program. We are paperless. Mail is scanned daily making it easier to work remotely or in the office without the physical file.
Successful candidates will possess strong negotiation and litigation skills, and the ability to work independently. Candidates must also possess a Juris Doctorate degree and be a licensed member in good standing with the California State Bar.
Selected candidates will handle all phases of litigation, with ethical standards as established by state law, from inception to trial. Position requires travel to all workers' compensation appeals boards (WCAB) throughout Southern California. Some travel to Northern and Central California WCAB when necessary.
