Workers Compensation Attorney

Description:

This is a remote position. You can work from home, unless required to be in person for trials in court. Our entire staff works remote.

Remote position:
This position is completely remote. Mileage and parking reimbursement provided for driving to trials (rare). We primarily file in VNO.

Experience:
1. Must have WCAB Full trial experience
2. Must have at least 1-2 years of work comp experience at both depositions and the WCAB board. Preferred you have at least 2 years of WCAB experience.
3. Prior remote work experience preferred.

Qualifications:
Must be licensed attorney

Qualities:
1. Must enjoy working with and care about injured workers
2. Must be dependable and relatable
3. Must be good with clients
4. Must be a self starter and take initiative

Job Duties:
1. Cover Depositions, WCAB hearings, and Trials
2. Do client phone appointments
3. Negotiate and settle cases in and out of court/depositions

Language:
Spanish speaking lawyer preferred, but not required.
