Seeking experienced attorney for unique, cutting-edge positionVictims' rights is a consistently growing and unique area of law. Attorneys practicing in this area often address issues of first impression and guide the formation of victims' rights laws, rules and procedure.
LSCVA is seeking an experienced attorney familiar with leading hearings (direct, cross, open/close, etc) and who is able to argue novel areas of law that have little to no established caselaw, up to the AZ Supreme Court as needed. If you enjoy creative, novel arguments, this may be the position for you.

An attorney in this role works a 40-hour workweek, except for occasional longer hours when a case is in trial or otherwise requires more attention, for example when writing an appellate brief on a short deadline. High level of organizational skills and self-directed follow through required.
Part time position negotiable for qualified candidate.
