Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US Labor Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US labor law principles and be able to provide legal counsel and representation to our clients on a wide range of labor and employment matters.

Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on all aspects of US labor law, including but not limited to:
    • Wage and hour laws (e.g., overtime, minimum wage, FLSA)
    • Discrimination and harassment (e.g., Title VII, ADA, ADEA)
    • Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
    • Worker's compensation
    • Collective bargaining
    • Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA)
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal filings.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings (e.g., administrative hearings, court trials).
  • Stay abreast of changes in relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on a variety of labor and employment matters.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Washington.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing US Labor Law.
  • Strong understanding of US labor law principles and legal procedures.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
