Description:
A San Francisco Bay Area-Based Boutique Trust & Estate Litigation Law Firm, a boutique trust and estate litigation firm, seeks an attorney with 0-10 years experience. The attorney will work closely with the firm's partners and other counsel, conducting legal research, propounding and responding to discovery, preparing pleadings, appearing at hearings, arguing motions and assisting with mediation and trial preparation.The Firm routinely handles complex cases involving trust and will contests, breach of fiduciary duty, elder abuse, conservatorships, and related real estate and civil litigation matters. Experience in these areas is helpful but not required. We have successfully trained several civil litigators to be Trust and Estate Litigators over the years.
Other requirements include:
A JD; Admitted to the State Bar of California; Familiarity with state court procedures; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
