Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in court and handle all aspects of litigation
  • Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support cases
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
  • Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
  • Attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings
  • Manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files

Skills:
  • Strong litigation skills with the ability to effectively argue cases in court
  • Proficient in legal drafting and writing, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
  • Familiarity with legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
  • Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
