Primary Qualifications:

Strong preference given to applicants with 5+ years of experience in litigation (from pre-suit through to trial – depositions, mediations and hearings).
Must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Time management prowess to meet deadlines is crucial.
