We are seeking an Associate Attorney for our Orlando office to practice in our Corporate Transactions and Commercial Real Estate department. We are a full service business focused law firm practicing in a collaborative and supportive environment with excellent training and growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience in legal practice, exhibit a passion for business or real estate issues, and strong analytical, communication and writing skills. Experience in business entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, licensing agreements, employment agreements, commercial leases, title/survey review and closings would be helpful.
