Overview:We are seeking candidates for an attorney interested in transactional work to join our team. Our firm serves as counsel to a national client base involved in complex commercial real estate and securities transactions.
A successful candidate will have an immediate opportunity to grow along with the firm, interact with clients, and have a meaningful impact on our clients' experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Candidates should:
- Be a current member of the Virginia Bar;
- Have a demonstrated interest in commercial real estate or securities transactions (experience in these fields is a bonus, but is not required);
- Have a demonstrated attention to detail, reliability, and ability to quickly learn new areas of the law; and
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate both orally and in writing.
