The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Traditional Labor Counsel with 7+ years of experience. This is a national opening with a preference for any of our California offices or our Chicago office.

You'll be a member of our consistently ranked and nationally recognized Labor Management Relations practice group within our Labor & Employment department.

The Day-To-Day:
As a Counsel in the Labor Management Relations practice group, you'll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking matters in collaboration with senior attorneys.

You Have:

• 7+ years of experience in traditional labor matters, including agency hearings, collective bargaining, representation matters, and labor arbitration.
• The ideal candidate also will have experience with labor law-related research and counseling.
• The ability and drive to take responsibility for routine and increasingly complex matters with minimal supervision.

Intellectual curiosity, a willingness to think outside the box, and a knack for finding practical solutions to complex problems.

Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills required.
