A Los Angeles Intellectual Property (IP) Lawyer seeks to hire Trademark Attorney with Intellectual property litigation experience. In addition to experience in federal district court litigation, experience before the TTAB or PTAB is helpful. Requirements also include strong academic performance; oral advocacy and writing skills; references; and active membership, in good standing, in the California Bar.We are seeking an attorney with the following qualifications:
- Admitted to California Bar;
- Strong writing & legal research skills;
- Minimum 1 year of litigation experience;
