An International Complex Litigation Law Practice Firm is seeking associates with exceptional abilities, training, and credentials to join its Trademark/Copyright group, handling a broad range of matters – trademark searching, clearance, and prosecution, trademark and copyright infringement litigation, TTAB opposition and cancellation proceedings, and other counseling and contentious matters. An International Complex Litigation Law Practice Firms clients in the U.S. and abroad hold some of the world's largest trademark portfolios, and the firm's practice is international in scope. Associates must have the writing, analytical, and organizational skills necessary to manage large multinational clearance projects, craft compelling arguments in briefs and office action responses, and provide clients with thoughtful advice on sophisticated trademark and copyright issues.Salary is $260,000+ commensurate with class year and experience.
We are looking for:
- The ideal candidate has 3-5 years' experience and is interested in transitioning from a trademark / copyright litigation practice to a practice incorporating both counseling and contentious work
