Description:
Conduct discovery & draft & argue motions for litigated matters in trusts and estates matters and business cases. Conduct legal research in support of motions. Draft Petitions for Probate and successfully administer probates from start to finish, as well as Trust administrations from start to finish.Draft estate planning and business planning documents for creation of living trusts, and corporate entities.
California State Bar license is required, as well as applicants who have an interest and passion for business law and trusts and estates law.
