GT's Tax Controversy & Litigation Practice is looking for a lawyer to join our team. Specifically, we seek an attorney with the following credentials:
3-6 years strong experience with federal large case controversy, practicing in a large law firm or Big Four accounting firm. Experience dealing with large, complicated IRS matters involving multinationals. Comfortable with transfer pricing concepts and practice. Superior knowledge and understanding of IRS procedure as it relates to large corporate entities and partnerships. Familiarity with IRS alternative dispute resolution processes Strong tax research and writing skills. IRS Chief Counsel experience a plus. LLM preferred.
