Overview:An Employment Attorney is seeking a tax associate supporting our Plan Sponsor client group on retirement plan compliance matters. Responsibilities:
The associate will primarily support the firm's Plan Sponsor Group and will be expected to work on qualified plan matters (such as 401(k) and profit-sharing plans, as well as defined benefit plans, and cash balance plans) as well as nonqualified deferred compensation and other executive compensation matters.
Qualifications:
Employee benefits experience is a plus but is not required.
