The Houston office of An Attorneys, Lawyers in Atlanta is seeking an Associate with 4+ years of experience to join it's Tax Planning and Business Transactions section. Prior experience in a law firm environment or accounting firms will be considered. Candidates with an LL.M. in Tax are preferred, but those with a J.D. and a demonstrated interest in tax planning and business transactional related work will also be considered. Successful candidate must have strong drafting, research and writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently and as part of a team. Must be admitted in Texas.
