Description:
KAltman Law is seeking summer law clerks to work in our rapidly growing federal litigation department. The firm is rapidly growing, fully remote and operates coast-to-coast.
Responsibilities:
- Research and analysis
- Drafting of complex documents
- Preparation pleadings and correspondence
- Trial preparation
- Ensure that related case documents are properly ordered and available
- Attend court sessions to listen to and record critical information
Qualifications for this fast-paced role:
- Proven work experience as a Law Clerk or similar role in litigation setting.
- Ability to conduct legal research and analysis
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and strong conceptual and research skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe and other web-based applications.
- Completion of 2L year by June 2023.
