Kotz Sangster, a business law firm, is looking for a talented Sr. Construction Litigation Attorney with commercial and construction law background and approximately 10+ years of experience to complement our very busy and demanding construction law group. The ideal candidate should also have the following in their background:- Licensed in Michigan.
- Case management.
- Trial experience.
- Strong writing and research skills with focus and attention to detail.
- Solid interpersonal skills.
- Community and social affiliations, consistent with the civic and non-profit culture of KSW.
- Background and work experience, exhibiting a strong work ethic.
- Academic performance within the top 30% of the candidate's class. Preference given to Tier 1 or Tier 2 law schools.
