The Job:The expanding team at Abel Law Offices, P.C., is looking for a self-starter to litigate business and real estate disputes. We pride ourselves on integrity in the practice of law, while understanding that our close-knit team's families (including pets!) and wellness are a priority. At 1550 hours per year, our billable hours requirement eliminates the pressure to work long hours that comes from substantially higher minimums elsewhere.
If you are a mid-senior level civil litigator looking to expand your opportunities, are willing to take cases to trial, are organized and detail-oriented, and enjoy working with a fun team, we want to hear from you!
Ideal candidates will have:
- 7+ years of civil litigation experience
- Excellent oral/written advocacy skills
- Experience with preparing pleadings, drafting and responding to discovery, preparing motions and other court filings
- Trial/Arbitration Experience

Compensation: $160,000-$210,000 plus incentives, commensurate with experience.
