Description:

Personal injury practice in Las Vegas with an emphasis in plaintiff's pre-litigation and injury litigation seeks an experienced Senior Personal Injury Litigator. This will be a hybrid or remote position. This position comes with generous benefits which include PTO, fully paid healthcare for the employee, and two seminars per calendar year paid for by the employer. Pay depends on experience ($200,000 - $250,000) and includes bonuses based on performance/tracking of settlements and 10%.

Qualifications:
  • Must have a JD from accredited Law School and admitted to practice in Nevada State
  • 5+ years experience prosecuting personal injury claims venued in Nevada
  • Strong experience with all spheres of personal injury litigation in both Federal and Nevada Supreme Court

  • Proficient research skills
  • Professional written work product with the ability to write effective briefs, memorandum of law, motions, attorney letters, etc.
  • Medical: understanding the anatomy to evaluate medical causation and interact with medical professionals
  • Understanding and applying Nevada discovery rules
  • Conducting hearings
  • Conducting and defending depositions
  • Preparation for and conducting trials
  • Court conferences
  • Procedural and substantive motion practice
  • Settlement negotiations and ADR Forums
  • Must be a self starter, well organized, articulate and able to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills: significant client, attorney, doctor and third party contact
