Summary:
A Global Law Firm is seeking a lawyer with a minimum of eight years' experience handling commercial leases to join its Real Estate Group. This position is open to our Atlanta, Boston, California, Chicago, Miami, New York, Reston, Texas and Washington, DC offices.

Job Responsibilities:
Acting as the lead attorney in drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related agreements such as term sheets, letters of intent, work letters and SNDAs; supervising the work of less experienced leasing attorneys; interacting directly with clients, opposing counsel, brokers and other relevant parties.

Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying

Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related agreements such as term sheets, letters of intent, work letters and SNDAs.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
