Description:
We're looking for a Senior Counsel to join our Advertising & Marketing Legal team! The Advertising & Marketing Legal team provides key support for An American Camera and Social Media Company's revenue-generating and marketing activities, collaborating closely with the Sales, Marketing, Growth, Ad Review and other cross-functional teams on legal issues spanning the breadth of An American Camera and Social Media Company's products and services.What You'll Do:
- Play a key role in structuring, drafting, and negotiating a wide variety of contracts in support of An American Camera and Social Media Company's marketing activities, and advising on legal issues spanning the breadth of An American Camera and Social Media Company's products and services.
- Collaborate with colleagues throughout the company to develop creative solutions that manage risk, as part of cross-functional teams.
- Draft, negotiate, review, and interpret agreements covering a range of An American Camera and Social Media Company's commercial activities, including marketing, market research, sponsorship, online platform terms, and partner/vendor agreements.
- Provide legal guidance and support to An American Camera and Social Media Company's Sales, Marketing, and other teams focussing on An American Camera and Social Media Company's internal and external branding and messaging.
- Develop and apply policies, templates, and practices, navigating legal compliance and risk tolerance.
- Manage multiple deals and support colleagues to ensure business initiatives are executed accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with outside counsel as required.
- Handle projects at the discretion of the Commercial Legal Leadership team.
- Exercise sound judgement when negotiating key business and legal terms.

Minimum Qualifications:
- J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school.
- Active membership in at least one United States state bar.
- 8+ years' of relevant in-house or law firm experience
- Experience advising in-house Marketing teams, preferably at a tech company
- Experience drafting, negotiating, and advising clients on digital ad sales, marketing, and consumer/advertising regulation
