Description:
As Senior Corporate Counsel, you will be a key member of Pega's global Legal team working on a wide range of matters, including helping the Company meet its corporate governance, SEC and public company obligations, supporting its Board, and managing and mentoring a team of legal professionals.What You'll Do at Pega:
- Work as part of a collaborative team to provide thoughtful, strategic advice, work product, and support to Pega across a range of practice areas, with an emphasis on corporate governance, SEC and public company obligations, and Board support
- Manage and mentor a team of legal professionals, fostering a collaborative and high performing work environment
- Understand, support and participate in setting the Legal department's objectives and responsibilities

What You've Accomplished:
- Juris Doctorate required, admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, preferably Massachusetts
- Minimum of 8 years of legal experience, ideally in both law firm and in-house roles
- Knowledge of corporate law, corporate governance, SEC and other regulatory requirements and Board support
- Record of achieving individual results and experience managing other professionals
- Excellent communications skills, including the ability to convey complex legal concepts to a broad audience, including non-lawyers
- Continuous learning and professional development mindset
