Are you passionate about privacy and ready to make a significant impact at a leading technology company? We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Senior Corporate Counsel to join our Privacy team and help drive our international privacy compliance programs. The Senior Corporate Counsel will partner closely with business clients and other legal specialists to provide legal guidance, identify legal risks, and implement mitigation measures. This attorney will also be responsible for developing and leading strategic privacy initiatives to streamline compliance efforts across multiple international locations.A successful candidate will be ready to jump into action and work closely with other compliance, legal, and strategic business partners to provide practical, strategic legal guidance, and design and implement creative solutions to complex challenges.

- Serve as the primary privacy advisor for international advertising operations, helping ensure compliance with international privacy laws.
- Develop, enhance, and oversee international privacy compliance programs.
- Oversee privacy impact assessments and similar analyses of existing and proposed products, services, systems, and processes.
- Conduct research and analysis on international privacy and advertising laws.
- Partner closely with international teams to drive efficiency and maturity in our international privacy program.
- Draft and update relevant internal and external facing policies, standards, and statements, where needed, to address international privacy obligations.
- A law degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to at least one state bar
- 6+ years of experience as an attorney with relevant government, in-house or law firm experience
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- A solution-oriented attitude, a bias for action, the sophistication to interact with client teams at all levels, and a deep curiosity that drives you to dive into and help solve complex issues
- Experience with privacy laws or advertising
