An American Multinational Computer Technology Corporation North America Government Sector Team is responsible for providing legal support for a broad range of technology transactions, including complex software license, computer hardware, cloud, and services contracts with An American Multinational Computer Technology Corporation federal and state government customers and partners; and compliance with applicable laws. We work closely with An American Multinational Computer Technology Corporation executives to draft and negotiate agreements with government customers, and coordinate the efforts of various internal organizations in order to ensure that An American Multinational Computer Technology Corporation contracts align with company policies and applicable law. Our attorneys have instinctively good judgment and impeccable integrity. We are seeking an attorney who can be a strategic legal advisor, and a true dedicated problem-solver.

Preferred Qualifications:

Senior Corporate Counsel for dynamic IT legal practice with a focus on government contracts, ideally with at least 8 – 10 years of experience. Legal work includes negotiation of major and/or non-standard technology contracts, regulatory compliance, and advising business clients on a broad range of legal and compliance issues.
Knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to healthcare clients such as Anti-Kickback and Stark Laws, HIPAA, HiTECH Act, Affordable Care Act, and specialized knowledge in healthcare and technology licensing and counseling.
