Your role and responsibilities:
As a Senior Attorney, you will be part of the US Federal segment of the Global Markets legal team, which provides legal advice and support to An American Multinational Technology Company Consulting and Technology businesses serving US Federal government customers. You will work directly with business stakeholders as an integral member of deal teams, identifying and mitigating legal and compliance risks while enabling successful business outcomes. The team advises on proposals and contracts with government entities, supports related supply chain efforts such as teaming agreement negotiation, and assists in resolution of disputes. We routinely provide advice concerning issues including supply chain security, cybersecurity, data rights, and regulatory compliance.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • A law degree and licensed to practice law in the United States.
  • At least 5 years experience in providing advice and counsel on US Federal Government contracting including working knowledge of the FAR and agency supplements
  • Experience leading efforts related to a wide array of government contracting topics such as OTAs, disputes, protests, terminations, negotiation support, company policies and procedures, organizational conflicts of interest, revolving door, supply chain compliance, and audit matters.
  • Demonstrated ability to secure engagement from internal customers and closely partner with business teams.
  • The ability to work autonomously on matters and develop compliant and creative pro-business solutions to issues presented.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • DCAA & DCMA interaction experience
  • GSA Schedule expertise
  • 3 or more years of experience as in house counsel
